The Departments of BMS and B.Com (A&F) had organized an insightful seminar titled Write to Win: Mastering Resume Building on Thursday, 3rd July, 2025 at 11:00 am in the Mini Auditorium (Block Number 706).

The session was graced by Professor Dr. Navin Punjabi, Director of the Placement Cell at H.R. College of Commerce and Economics, as the expert speaker. With his vast experience in career guidance and placements, Dr. Punjabi conducted an engaging and interactive session aimed at helping students “Ink Your Impact” through an impressive resume.

The seminar focused on the importance of a well-crafted resume as the first step towards a successful career. Dr. Punjabi highlighted common mistakes students make while drafting their resumes and shared practical tips to make resumes stand out to potential employers. He also discussed how to tailor resumes according to different job roles and how to effectively showcase skills, achievements, and internships.

The session witnessed enthusiastic participation from students of both departments, who found the workshop highly informative and relevant. Many students clarified their doubts regarding resume formats and content during the Q&A session. Overall, the seminar successfully met its objective of equipping students with the tools to craft impactful resumes, leaving them motivated to present themselves more effectively in the competitive job market. A total of 74 students attended and benefited from the seminar.
