The Student Exchange Program (SEP) 2025 was jointly organized by Loyola Academy (Degree & PG College), Secunderabad in collaboration with Nirmala Memorial Foundation College of Commerce and Science (Autonomous). The program was conducted from 16th December to 18th December 2025 at Loyola Academy, Telangana.
The program was organized by the Department of B.Sc. Computer Science and Data Science of NMFC and the Department of B.Sc. Computer Science and Engineering to enhance students’ technical, analytical, and professional skills.
A total of 10 students and 2 faculty members participated in and accompanied the program, representing our institution and actively engaging in all academic and cultural activities.
This three-day inter-collegiate initiative aimed to bridge academic knowledge with real-world exposure under the theme:
“Connect, Collaborate, and Innovate.”

Day 1 – 16th December 2025
Workshop & Technical Event
The program commenced with an inaugural session followed by an insightful workshop titled:
“The Rise of Agentic AI: The Autonomous AI Workers”
The session focused on:
Students actively participated and gained practical insights into emerging AI technologies.
After lunch, Technical Event – Quiz Flux was conducted in three competitive levels:
The event tested students’ technical knowledge, logical reasoning, and coding skills.
During this program, Dr. Bhakti Chaudhari also conducted an insightful seminar on “Darknet: Myths vs Reality” for the Computer Science students of Loyola Academy.
The session aimed to create awareness about the misconceptions surrounding the Darknet, highlight its legitimate and illegitimate uses, and emphasize the importance of cybersecurity, ethical practices, and digital responsibility among students.
Day 2 – 17th December 2025
Students visited Quentelli, Salarpuria Knowledge City, Hyderabad. During the visit:

Day 3 – 18th December 2025
On the final day, students visited the National Remote Sensing Centre (NRSC), Hyderabad. The visit provided valuable exposure to:Satellite data processing, Remote sensing technologies And GIS applications
Students gained deep insights into how computer science, data analytics, and advanced technologies contribute to space research, environmental monitoring, and national development initiatives.
A special highlight of the visit was the opportunity to have a live interaction with a scientist stationed at Bharati Research Station, Antarctica. Students engaged in an interactive session where the scientist shared experiences about:
The live conversation was highly inspiring and provided students with global scientific exposure beyond classroom learning.
Later, a college visit and Valedictory Session were conducted. Certificates were distributed to all participants, and the program concluded with the National Anthem on a proud and memorable note
