The Department of B.Com (MS) successfully organized a workshop titled “From Me to We: Transforming Individuals into Teams” for First-Year students.

The primary aim of the workshop was to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to transition from individualistic thinking to a collaborative mindset, fostering effective teamwork. A total of 82 students from First-Year B.Com (MS)  participated in the program.

The workshop commenced promptly at 8:00 AM and was designed to help students understand and unleash the power of teamwork.

The expert speaker for the workshop was Dr. Sneha Vaskar, a renowned Image and Personal Grooming Consultant and the esteemed Founder of Samihaa. Dr. Sneha Vaskar elaborated on various aspects of team dynamics, emphasizing the importance of communication, mutual respect, shared goals, and individual contributions within a team setting.

Participants engaged in hands-on activities and understood how individual strengths can be leveraged and synergized to achieve collective success.

Overall, the workshop was inspiring and was a resounding success. It provided students with practical strategies and a deeper understanding of the significance of teamwork.

The workshop was well-attended by students who actively participated in the discussions and Q&A sessions.
