The Department of BAMMC has organised a visit to The VFX Institute on Tuesday, 05th August 2025 at 11:00 am, for the second and third year BAMMC students. The primary objective of the visit was to expose students to the latest advancements in visual effects, animation, and post-production technologies that are integral to the media and entertainment industry.

The session began with an introductory presentation about the institute’s history, services, and training programs. A guided tour of the studio facilities followed, where students observed live demonstrations of VFX techniques, including green screen technology, 3D modelling, motion capture, and compositing. Industry professionals conducted an interactive session, sharing their experiences and answering student queries about career paths, software proficiency, and creative processes in the VFX field.

The industrial visit to The VFX Institute was an insightful and engaging experience for the Second and Third-Year BAMMC students. It successfully met its objectives by providing real-world exposure to the VFX industry, encouraging creative thinking, and enhancing students’ technical knowledge.
