The Department of B.Com (MS) and B.Com (A&F)  organized an Educational Tour to Nehru Planetarium (Worli) on Saturday, 02nd August, 2025 for the First Year students. The aim of the visit was to help students witness the wonders of astronomy and scientific exploration

Additionally, students experienced the immersive planet show, which offered a simulated journey through the cosmos. They also had the opportunity to explore the various exhibits detailing the history of space exploration and the solar system.Additionally, as part of their IKS subject, the students visited the museum section within the Nehru Centre. Here, they explored exhibits related to ancient Indian history, culture, and achievements. The displays provided a valuable context for their classroom studies and offered a deeper understanding of historical periods.

A total of 244 students benefitted from the visit. The visit to the Nehru Planetarium and its accompanying museum was a valuable and successful initiative that provided a refreshing and insightful experience, demonstrating the importance of continuous learning.
