The Department of BMS organized a Leadership Workshop titled "Empower: Unlocking Your Leadership Potential" on Thursday, 18th July, 2024, at 10.30 a.m. in Block No. 706. Led by Ms. Riddhi Kunjwani, a Certified Soft Skills Trainer and Life Coach, the workshop aimed to equip participants with essential leadership skills for professional and personal growth.

The event was very successful, with 62 students in attendance. Participants engaged in interactive sessions and practical exercises, learning effective communication, decision-making, and team management strategies. The students gained valuable insights into leadership development, enhancing their skills for future endeavors.
