The Department of BMS successfully organized a dynamic Leadership Workshop titled "Empowerment Essentials: Leadership, Team Building, and Personal Development" on Wednesday, 24th July 2024. Seventy enthusiastic students participated in the event, gaining valuable insights from Mr. Amir Ahmed Khan, an esteemed expert in leadership and personal development. The workshop featured hands-on experience and engaging leadership games, making the learning process interactive and enjoyable.

The two-hour workshop included various activities designed to uncover hidden skills and foster self-awareness among students. Participants had the opportunity to engage in practical exercises and leadership games, which not only made the session fun but also allowed them to discover and hone their innate abilities. The event was a resounding success, leaving students empowered and better equipped to take on leadership roles in the future.
