The Department of B.Com (MS) in association with IQAC of the College and University of Mumbai organized a One Day National Level Research Conclave – Ideathon on Vikshit Bharat: Ideas, Innovation and Impact to encourage innovative thinking and research among academicians and students. The event was scheduled on Thursday, 5th March, 2026
The event was graced by Chief Guest Dr. Naresh Patel, Dean, Faculty of Management and Information Sciences at Dharmasinh Desai University, Nadiad. In his address, he highlighted the importance of innovation and research in achieving the vision of Vikshit Bharat.
The conclave witnessed enthusiastic participation with a total of 55 beneficiaries as presenters. This includes students, research scholars and faculty members.
The technical sessions were evaluated by Dr. Vishal R. Tomar, Professor at Smt. M. M. K. College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai (Technical Session 1), and Dr. Savita Rakesh Punjabi, Head of Commerce Department at Bharat College of Arts and Commerce, Mumbai (Technical Session 2).
