The Department of B.Sc. Data Science conducted the IIT Spoken Tutorial Certification Course under the IIT Bombay Spoken Tutorial initiative of NMEICT. The examination was organized by Dr. Aparna Panigrahy on 31st August 2026.

A total of 17 First-Year students registered for the Joomla course, while 54 Second-Year students registered for Android App using Kotlin. 12 First-Year and 30 Second-Year students successfully cleared the examination. The passing criterion was 40%, and successful students were eligible to receive online certificates.

The course helped students enhance their technical skills, practical knowledge, and self-learning abilities.
