The Department of B.Com (Management Studies) successfully organized a seminar titled “Know the Crux of Human Resource Management” on Monday, 21st July 2025, at 11:00 a.m. The session was conducted by Ms. Supriya Kabra, a seasoned Consultant for Organisational Development and Soft Skills Trainer.

The objective of the seminar was to provide students with a deeper understanding of the scope, challenges, and evolving practices within the field of Human Resource Management (HRM). The speaker elaborated on the key functions of HRM, including talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, and employee engagement.

A total of 24 students participated in the seminar. The session proved highly beneficial as it not only enhanced their conceptual clarity but also addressed their queries and real-world doubts related to careers in HR. The interactive discussion enabled students to gain practical insights and develop a broader perspective of the HR profession.

The session successfully achieved its aim of equipping students with foundational knowledge and industry-oriented insights into Human Resource Management.
