The Department of Information Technology, in collaboration with TechClub, successfully organized an intra-class hackathon on 25th February 2025. The event was conducted from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM at the 3rd Floor Labs with the objective of enhancing coding skills, logical thinking, and teamwork among students through challenging coding rounds focused on solving real-world problems. The hackathon witnessed an enthusiastic response, with 155 students registering and forming a total of 42 teams, each consisting of a minimum of one and a maximum of four members.

The event brought together participants from diverse backgrounds, all eager to demonstrate their coding abilities and innovative thinking. The competition consisted of multiple rounds designed to test participants’ problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, technical knowledge, and teamwork. Students collaborated effectively within their teams to develop solutions that were efficient, creative, and practical. The hackathon not only encouraged healthy competition but also provided valuable hands-on experience in collaborative coding and time-bound problem-solving.

The event concluded with great enthusiasm, and the winners were recognized for their outstanding performance. The first position was secured by Mayur Maskar, Mahadev Patil, Sneha Gohil, and Rasika Madav. The second position was awarded to Tanmai Shejwal, Ankur Thorat, Dilip Prajapati, and Vishant Pasi. The third position was won by Archit Malgundkar, Sudhanshu Shukla, and Om Upale. All participants received e-certificates of participation, while the winning team was honored with a trophy along with certificates. The hackathon was a grand success, inspiring students to further develop their technical skills and passion for innovation.
