The Department of BAF had organised a workshop on "Various Negotiable Instruments” for first year students scheduled on Tuesday, 12th September, 2023  from 7:30 am to 9:00 am  in block no. 403.

The guest speaker was CMA Mr. Nilesh Arde, a practising Cost and Management Accountant.

The session gave in depth details about Negotiable instruments which are indispensable in modern finance and commerce, providing a secure and efficient means of conducting transactions. Understanding their types, key elements, legal implications, and practical applications is essential for businesses, professionals, and individuals. Moreover, vigilance and preventive measures are crucial in safeguarding against potential fraud and risks associated with negotiable instruments.
