The Workshop was designed to empower TYBCOM students to make informed career choices with clarity and confidence. A total of 60 students participated and benefited from the session. Ms. Rita D’Silva, Corporate Trainer – BFSI and Soft Skills, served as the resource person and provided valuable insights into the diverse career opportunities available in the Banking and Financial Services Industry, along with various allied sectors. She also highlighted the essential skills required to succeed in today’s competitive job market and helped students understand industry expectations. The session enabled students to explore emerging career pathways, assess their strengths, and prepare themselves for future professional growth.
