Zumba workshop for the non-teaching staff members

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell with Alumni Association of the college organized  a Zumba workshop for the non-teaching staff members on Saturday, 13th May, 2023 at 4.00 p.m. at chowk area.

The workshop aimed to provide a fitness activity to the non-teaching staff members of our college while also learning basic Zumba moves from a certified instructor. Ms. Anushka Vishwakarma, an alumnus of NMF college, M.Com 2021-22 batch and also a certified Zumba instructor and fitness coach, was the guest speaker of the workshop. She taught the participants basic Zumba moves and led them in a fun and energetic workout session.

21 non-teaching staff members enjoyed the workshop. The workshop not only provided an opportunity for the participants to engage in a physical activity but also helped in boosting their morale and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
