INTERCOLLEGIATE BOOK-REVIEW COMPETITION

The Library Advisory Committee had organized the first intercollegiate Book Review Competition on Friday, 31st January, 2020 in Mini auditorium, 11.30 a.m. onwards.  There were three medium of languages for the contestants to express their views upon the books of their choice except religious and text books. The competition saw a participation of 17 candidates from different colleges. The Judges for the event were Prof. Usha Iyyer and Prof. Navita Sood from NMF College of Education. 

There were cash prizes as Rs 2000/-(1st Prize), Rs 1500/- (2nd Prize), Rs 1000/-(3rd Prize) and a consolation Prize of Rs750/-. Ms Teerna Roy, Secretary, SLAC hosted the event and other SLAC members- Ms Khushi Poojary, Ms Preeti Mandal, Ms Akshata Kadam, Mr Dhanesh Panchal and Mr Shreyas Lad executed their responsibilities for the success of the event.
